High Season December 15-April 15.
$195 /night, 14 nights or more
$215/ night, 13 nights or less** |
Low Season April 16-December 14.
$160/night, 7 nights or more
$170/night, 6 nights or less* |
**$85 Cleaning fee applies to stays of less than 14 nights in high season.
*$85 Cleaning fee applies to stays of less than 7 nights in low season. |

Refundable Reservation/Security/Damage deposit of $200 is required within 10 days of booking confirmation.
Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
Maximum occupancy is 2-4 persons, non-smoking only.
Cancellation is required 90 days or more in advance and subject to a fee of $100. Refunds within 90 days of reservation will be available only if the unit can be re-occupied for that period. We recommend you purchase trip insurance, just in case!
