All rates subject to Hawaii GET/TAT Taxes.
**$100 Cleaning fee applies to stays of less than 14 nights in high season.
*$100 Cleaning fee applies to stays of less than 7 nights in value season. |
Last Minute and Month Long Rates & Specials
Contact us for reduced rates when available for last minute rentals and long term rentals. These special rates are not always available but when they are, they have slightly different deposit and cancellation policies. Contact us for more information. |

- Refundable Reservation/Security/Damage deposit of $200 is required within 10-days of booking confirmation.
- Full Payment due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.
- Maximum occupancy is 2-4 persons, non-smoking only.
- Cancellation is required 90 days or more in advance and subject to a fee of $100.
- Refunds within 90 days of reservation will be available only if the unit can be re-occupied for that period. We recommend you purchase trip insurance, just in case!
